I have broadened my scope from a siloed area such as architecture to the urban and environmental dimensions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I\u2019m investigating how to better integrate climate policies into city planning with a focus on human health<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> using a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">systems-<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">thinking approach<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0&#8211; which means\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">thinking about the greater picture.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Additionally, I am a partner at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.conclaveconstructora.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">C\u00f3nclave Consultora<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a consultancy that helps people who want to construct a building through recommendations that consider the entire development as a whole. I<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n the process<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0we\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">conduct an<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0environmental impact\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">assessment &#8211; <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">an application of my academic preparation at Imperial.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It has been identified that climate change exacerbates health risks<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> for example, the spread of infectious diseases such as\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">COVID-19<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. My research intends to understand the challenges and opportunities of climate synergetic policies which may reduce environment-related risks for people in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I\u2019m part of the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.environment-health.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">MRC Centre for Environment and Health<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
