I hope to carry out my\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Master\u2019s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">hesis in\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">p<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">sychedelic research, and I aspire to continue my studies with a PhD in this field. One of my life goals is to combine\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">cience and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">echnology to massively improve the quality of life of those suffering from debilitating\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">eurological\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">iseases.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">I have many hobbies including playing the cello, photography, jogging, going to art galleries, and cooking. Now I\u2019m back home in London, I\u2019ve loved introducing the new friends-for-life I\u2019ve made at Imperial (on socially distanced walks with takeaway <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">attes) to London\u2019s hidden charms including Coal Drop\u2019s Yard and Holland Park\u2019s Kyoto Gardens, which I hope to continue doing post-<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ockdown.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">With everything currently being online, I seized every opportunity to develop my skills and take on new challenges using online platforms like LinkedIn. Most memorably, I participated in a Hackathon run by\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperial.ac.uk\/business-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Imperial College Business School<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, where I helped develop an idea for an<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">pp using gait analysis to help tackle\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ementia. I received outstanding coaching from<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperialenterpriselab.com\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Imperial Enterprise Lab<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Business School<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">I have also<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0joined the subcommittee of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Imperial\u2019s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperialcollegeunion.org\/activities\/a-to-z\/medtech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">MedTech<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ociety, where I\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">organise<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0talks by guest speakers on how\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">echnology can massively aid\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">cientific\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">esearch and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">linical\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">p<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ractice. I also became a volunteer with\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imperial.ac.uk\/white-city-campus\/community\/programmes\/education\/what-the-tech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">What the Tech?!<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, an Imperial student-run\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">organisation<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0aimed at\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">local residents<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0over 50, where\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">I\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">taught residents how to use technology over zoom.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Working with my peers to overcome the inevitable challenges we have faced during the pandemic has made my student experience the best it could be.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Completing my MSc during the pandemic hasn\u2019t been without difficulties.
