You can find each of the featured collections at the bottom of the Asset Library home page.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Featured collections are curated selections of images from stronger shoots related to each genre. Only the best images make it into the collections, with the newest images at the top, meaning that finding images using collections can be much more focused than with the search function.<\/p>\n<p>Its possible to navigate quickly between images in the featured collections and each item includes a link to the full set of images from the original shoot, which can help you find related content easily.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"751\" height=\"500\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-470 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.imperial.ac.uk\/photography\/files\/2018\/01\/751-homepage-grab-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The current featured collections on the Asset Library include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=3\">Research<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=4\">Learning and teaching<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=5\">Public engagement<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=10\">General images from the around the campus<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=25\">Women at Imperial<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/browseItems?categoryId=42761&amp;categoryTypeId=2\">Public images (available to download without logging in to the Asset Library)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Navigating featured collections<\/h3>\n<p>In this example, I&#8217;ve selected <a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=3\">Featured research images<\/a> and have scrolled down to the image highlighted below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/runSavedSearch?id=3\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"751\" height=\"500\" class=\"wp-image-472 size-full alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.imperial.ac.uk\/photography\/files\/2018\/01\/751-search-grab-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clicking on the thumbnail image brings me to the image&#8217;s page. It&#8217;s an nice <a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/viewAsset?id=198825&amp;index=83&amp;total=334&amp;view=viewSearchItem\">image of a researcher in a lab<\/a>, but it&#8217;s a portrait image and I&#8217;d like to see if there are more similar images from this set, perhaps a landscape image or other images relating to this one, that might work better in the space I had in mind.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/viewAsset?id=198825&amp;index=83&amp;total=334&amp;view=viewSearchItem\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"751\" height=\"500\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-473 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.imperial.ac.uk\/photography\/files\/2018\/01\/751-search-grab-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I can do this by looking in the Folders information below the image (you may need to scroll down), where I can see the name of the folder it originally came from. By clicking on the link to the folder, I can see all the images from the original shoot.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/browseItems?categoryId=13673&amp;categoryTypeId=2\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"751\" height=\"500\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-474 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.imperial.ac.uk\/photography\/files\/2018\/01\/751-search-grab-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now I can see a great selection of images from the shoot in the <a href=\"https:\/\/asset-library.imperial.ac.uk\/assetbank-imperial\/action\/browseItems?categoryId=13673&amp;categoryTypeId=2\">folder<\/a>.
