Working collaboratively with student leaders, he will lead the strategic planning process and take accountability for the delivery of organisational plans that advances the union\u2019s long-term vision to provide the best possible student experience.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tom has served as the Director of Membership Services and Acting Managing Director at Imperial College Union.
