He will also work closely with other Vice-Deans across the College to foster interdisciplinary research collaborations and partnerships.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Professor Perkmann joined Imperial in 2008 as a Senior Research Fellow, and was promoted to Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2017. He is currently Academic Director of the MBA suite, a position which he will step down from when he takes up the Vice-Dean role.
