Opportunity to take part in important research into postgraduate progression in STEM for students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds and receive a £75 Amazon voucher.
The Martingale Foundation, supports talented students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds to pursue postgraduate study in STEM, with fully-funded Scholarships. Martingale has commissioned Public First to conduct research into the progression of students from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds into postgraduate study, the drivers behind this and how it can be addressed.
This important study will be one of the first to quantify the scale of the disparity in progression to postgraduate study between the most and least advantaged students, and seek to understand why this disparity exists and how it can be tackled.
How can you get involved?
Researchers at Public First are looking for PhD students in STEM subjects to take part in roundtable discussions which will be taking place online in April, May and June this year.
