Local Pay Bargaining takes place on an annual basis at Imperial, involving negotiations between the College and the Joint Trades Unions (JTUs).
Management and JTUs have met to discuss the Unions’ local pay claim and Management have given their formal response. The JTUs are in the process of discussing their claim and the College’s offer with their members.
