The Leadership Academy has been established to cultivate the leaders Imperial College London needs to thrive in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world. Nominations are now open for the Leadership Academy’s flagship development programmes, with a deadline of January 22nd.
The High-Potential Leadership Programme is designed to accelerate the development of emerging leaders and prepare them for greater levels of responsibility and impact. Line managers are invited to nominate staff that fit the following criteria:
- Academic staff: Associate Professor/Professor or above
- Research staff: Senior Research Fellow or above
- PTO staff: Grade 5 or above
- Learning & Teaching staff: Grade 5 or above
