Recruiting Potential Host Supervisors for MBBS CRI Research Experiences – Flexible Funding Attached

Dear potential supervisor,

We are recruiting for the Year 2 MBBS CRI research experiences: 3-week research experiences for groups of four 2nd year medics from 24 May 2027 to 11 June 2027. Many of our fantastic medical students use this opportunity to identify supervisors for summer experiences, iBSc research projects, and future PhDs. Each group comes with £600 of flexible funding, and further information is attached. Please note that primary supervisors should have a PhD.

If you can offer a research experience:

  1. Reply to this email with the number of groups you can host (each group has 4 students).
  2. Complete the Qualtrics form by Friday, 30 October 2026.
