Dear Colleagues
I am pleased to inform you of the above event. The course, to be held on Thursday 9 (pm) to Friday 10 May (am) – one day in total – is suitable for doctors (including trainee grades), nurses, allied health professionals, clinical research fellows and postgraduate students.
- Course and booking details
Held online, it is an introduction to basic statistical concepts, and is run by statisticians and epidemiologists based at the National Heart and Lung Institute (NHLI), part of Imperial College.
Please note that we can accommodate 45 delegates only, and that this course fills quickly. More information on this is under ‘b’ below.
Registration fees (VAT doesn’t apply):
- MSc/PhD Students: £120
- Academic/NHS: £190
- Corporate/other: £240

If you are applying for funding or study leave but do not yet have the funds, or know if you will get study leave, then please contact me, on m.wheatley@imperial.ac.uk, and I will reserve a place for you on the course (up to our capacity of 45 delegates).
As stated above, this course fills quickly. Places, where not being held, are offered on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.
We hold this course twice a year, and plan to next hold it in November (dates tbc).
