Join Imperial as One (IAO) for their upcoming ‘Meet the Author’ event with neuroscientist Sai Pathmanathan.
Driven by her passion for education, Sai shifted her career path from neuroscience to science communication. Alongside this, she is a published author. In 2021, she released her first book, Utterly Jarvellous: 50 Primary Science Activities You Can Do In A Jar, helping educators eliminate single-use plastic from hands-on science activities (which won the Teach Primary STEM award). In June 2023 she released Chews Your Own Tasty Adventure with Faber: a cookbook with a difference, all about the science and history of different ingredients and how to ‘chews’ them to create celebratory dishes from all over the world.
