The following Professors have been elected as Proconsuls:

Professor Jonathan Mestel

This follows the upcoming completion of their term of office as Consuls at the end of August 2025. Their term of office as Proconsuls will start on 1 September 2025.

Academic Co-Directors for Imperial Global India

Dr Elena Dieckmann and Professor Sanjeev Gupta have accepted the appointment of Academic Co-Director for Imperial Global India, with effect from 1 March 2025 for a term of three years. This is a 0.2 FTE role.  

Reporting to the Vice-President (Strategic Engagement), the Academic Co-Directors will provide strategic vision, direction and leadership to the hub.
