“I joined the Respiratory Pharmacology group within the NHLI in 2008 as a research technician.”
“I assist the group with various ongoing research projects − which are broadly aimed at understanding respiratory diseases and investigating potential pharmacological agents as treatments. Since joining I’ve developed a range of laboratory techniques including various in vitro methods as well as specialist in vivo respiratory models. I’m also responsible for the overall management of the labs, including purchasing; health and safety and human tissue ethics.”
